The Gurwell Tract
Gurwell Heights is a subdivision of the North Park neighborhood of San Diego, California. Developed by Salathiel Gurwell, it was officially listed as a subdivision in 1906. The primary period of development was during the 1910's to 1920's. The predominant architectural styles in Gurwell Heights are Craftsman/California Bungalow and Spanish Colonial Revival.
